　　當教材第一集念完時，請開始進行這一系列

　　　　　  

的英文笑話，屬延伸閱讀，非做不可。


　　延伸閱讀的生字，只須挑重點單字背，而且必須

先在〔有聲字典〕裡把聲音聽熟再背。


　　因為沒有有聲書可以聽，所以這些單字不好記，

且易忘。只挑重點單字背即可。


　　很多讀者告訴我，起初他們完全看不出笑點在哪。

但繼續念教材，並且看了多篇之後，就越來越看得懂。




　　The Policeman recently stopped a woman for exceeding 

the posted speed limit. He asked the driver her name. 

　　She said, "I'm Mrs. Ladislav Abdulkhashim Zybkcicraznovskaya 

from the Republic of  Uzbekistan  visiting my daughter 

in Tallahassee." 

　　The cop put away his summons  book and pen, and said, 

"Well... OK... but don't let me catch you  speeding  again."
