對英文有「直覺」，
換句話說，
就是對英文有「語感」。
沒有直覺，
往往寫出來的句子就是有點怪怪的，
卻又說不出來哪裡不對。
而沒有直覺，
老師可能也挑不出錯來。
舉最近學生的作文為例：
Have you ever left a purse when you reach the destination and they ask people to show the ID card?
你看得出來哪裡有問題？
用 left, 意思變成你把皮包留在 destination.
正確寫法有兩種：
需要更正的部分：
Have you ever left "a purse" when you reach the destination and they ask "people" to show the ID card?
"a purse" 改為 your purse at home
或
"left" 改為 forgotten
所以正確句子如下：
Have you ever left "your purse at home" when you reach the destination and they ask "you" to show the ID card?
或
Have you ever "forgotten your purse" when you reach the destination and they ask "you" to show the ID card?
沒有直覺，或直覺不夠，
英文往往是拼拼湊湊，
無法分辨 nuance.
